Planning Committee has selected Ayres
Suites@Corona West as a special treat for Convention
attendees.
As you enter the hotel lobby, you are surrounded by warm colors,
rustic hardwood appointments and wool rugs.
Each room is a suite, providing a relaxing environment with quick
and easy access to all Convention activities.
You'll be able to relax at night and still have time to plan for the
following days Convention activities, meetings and
events!!

The Planning Committee has
negotiated an incredible deal for convention attendees who will be
staying at the Ayres
Suites@Corona West.
Each reservation is for a "suite" -- that's right,
an entire suite! Not just a room, or a double bed (like you'll
get in the local motels), but an entire SUITE!
Each suite has a cooking stovetop or microwave and a
refrigerator. This will be attractive for those wishing to
make their own lunches, etc. to save expenses -- or keep their beer
cold! (I didn't write that!).
AND ... Corona West provides quick access to the 91
Freeway (State Route 91) -- the primary east-west traffic corridor
for the area, reducing traveling time Disneyland,
Knotts Berry Farm
and points West.

The Planning Committee has been
asked about "early arrivals" before the convention or
"late checkouts" after the convention. They have
reached an incredible and very inviting agreement with Ayres
Suites@Corona West that provides for an early arrival or late
departure at the same rate of $89.00 for two people.
Again, this is for a suite. If more than two people, the
Planning Committee received and accepted a gracious offer that a charge
of only $10.00 per suite per night will apply -- only $99.00/night!
That's for a beautiful and incredibly comfortable suite.

The Ayres
Suites@Corona West does not allow pets -- PERIOD!
Many local motels that do allow pets do not allow them to be left
unattended. If you are planning on bringing a pet, make sure
you understand the rules of the place you will be staying before
you make your reservation!
In an effort to accommodate those who have and will be bringing
